Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients
- Ripe kiwis - 3, peeled
- Banana - 1, ripe (for added creaminess and natural sweetness)
- Greek yogurt - 1/2 cup (or any plain yogurt)
- Orange juice - 1/2 cup (or water for a lighter option)
- Honey (optional) - 1-2 teaspoons, for sweetness
- Ice cubes - 4-5 (optional, for chill and texture)
- Mint leaves (optional) - for garnish
Instructions
- Peel and chop the kiwis.
- Peel the banana and cut it into smaller pieces.
- Place the kiwi, banana, Greek yogurt, and orange juice in a blender.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- If needed, add honey to sweeten and ice cubes for a thicker, cooler texture.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more orange juice or water to thin it out.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass.
- Garnish with a few mint leaves or a slice of kiwi on the rim for a beautiful presentation.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your refreshing kiwi smoothie!
